God’s Timeframe

Psalm 90:3 (GNT)

A thousand years to you are like one day;
they are like yesterday, already gone,
like a short hour in the night.

God doesn’t run on our timeclock. We run on His, but we don’t see it.

Imagine how it looks from His side:

      • The life of someone who died too young is a split second shorter than someone who reached old age
      • The wait I count as “forever” is over in a single breath
      • The time gap between one generation and the next is but a few moments

I think “Hurry up!” God says, “There’s more than enough time”

Good morning, Lord. Time works differently for You, this I know. You created time as we know it when You set the sun and moon in place, the sun to mark the days and the moon to mark the months. Forgive me for trying to squeeze You into my timeframe. Teach me to accept Yours.

    Thank you for your constant devotion of sharing God’s word. I am often amazed at the perfection of God’s creation. It truly baffles me as to how anyone can believe otherwise. “You created time as we know it when You set the sun and moon in place, the sun to mark the days and the moon to mark the months.”
