You live among people who are crooked and evil.
Or as the Amplified Bible puts it:
a [morally] crooked and [spiritually] perverted generation.
Clearly, less vice, crookedness and perversion is better–in me, and in our culture.
If persuasion doesn’t work, there ARE ways to enforce its elimination.
The power of prayer can be very persuasive, Andrew.
