Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent–
the LORD detests them both.
God knows all, and we don’t. Pray for wisdom, don’t rush to judgment.
Of course, there’s always ‘kill them all, God’ll sort ’em out’.
That happens to be a Crusader maxim; certain French towns, ostensibly Christian, refused supplies and levies of men, and when the Crusader captains asked what should be done, they were told, “Kill them all; God will know His own.”
I think I’d leave the “kill them all” to God.
He’s the better judge, and He’s got the better skills.
