All Scripture is God-breathed
and is useful for teaching, rebuking,
correcting and training in righteousness.

 

It’s not a science textbook, an investment portfolio or a political platform. It’s the breath of God, giving life to our souls.

  1. It’s also a pretty good resource for dealing with difficult people.

    I advise anyone to read the Good Book before trying to convince me of something with which I initially disagree, for I am the metaphorical heir to the Missouri Mule of fame and legend.

      To read the Good Book, yes, and not hit your mulish head with it. The Bible changes me before it changes the person I’m dealing with.
