2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV)
… if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Repentance starts when I tell God He’s right and I’m wrong.
Good morning, Lord. Repentance begins with humility … I was mistaken, I didn’t think, I was wrong. I’d like to think I’m always right — truth is, only You are always right. Be merciful to me, O God, for I have sinned.
