Time-Out Corner

Sometimes I’m in the waiting room because God is waiting on me.

Hebrews 12:5-6 (NLT)

My child, don’t make light of the Lord’s discipline,
and don’t give up when he corrects you.
For the Lord disciplines those he loves,
and he punishes each one he accepts as his child.

God puts me in the time-out corner, waiting for an attitude adjustment.

Good morning, Lord. You send me to my room with a firm but loving “Think about what you’ve done.” In the quiet of my private space, I meditate on Your Word and my action.

I’m sorry, God. Forgive me. Thank You for Your discipline, for teaching me right from wrong.
