Good Fruit

James 3:17 (NIV)

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

Craving good fruit? Look in the right place.

It’s in the Bible, and it transforms us.

Good morning, Lord. You are always good, I am not. All too often, my initial thought or first reaction is self-serving. I know that’s not right, so I put on a good face. Most of the time, thankfully, my heart and mind come round to match. Lord, I want to be good to the core. Make me good from the inside out. I want to be Your good fruit.
