Christian writers sometimes say they write “for an audience of one.” They write–first and foremost–to please God. Everything and everyone else dims in comparison.
Colossians 3:23 (ESV)
Whatever you do, work heartily,
as for the Lord and not for men.
“As for the Lord.” For God’s sake.
I write for God’s sake. What do you do for God’s sake?
