2 Corinthians 10:4 (NIV)
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world . . . they have divine power.
Divine power–God’s weapons win the battle.

I really wish that God would deign
to step into this final fight;
it seems that only I remain
to try and set things right.
Friends and colleagues fall away,
don’t visit and don’t call.
I guess they’ve found a brighter day
in shopping at the mall.
I did expect some more of God,
but I guess He’s rather busy.
I’m not saying He’s a fraud,
but rather, in a tizzy.
Nonetheless, I will not cry;
I’ll fight alone ’till He drops by.
It may seem like God’s forgotten your battle, Andrew. But He’s got an eye on you, every blow you take . . . God knows you are one tough dude.
Thank you so much…that means a lot, on a very hard day.
