- Don’t need teaching, I’m right all the time
- I accept advice . . . reluctantly
- I ask for help when I need it
- Sure, anything to make it better
The wise author of Proverbs puts it bluntly:
Proverbs 12:1 (CEV)
To accept correction is wise,
to reject it is stupid.
Don’t be stupid. We all need good advice. Where will we get it? From people who get their guidance straight from the mouth of God.
Some folks learn by being told.
Some folks learn by doing.
And some folks have to pee on the electric fence all by themselves
Some folks run headlong into the fence while watching the world behind them.
